Returns, Exchanges, & Support

GENERAL SUPPORT:

  • For general inquiries, concerns, and order issues, please contact our support team at help@ultesports.zendesk.com.
    • If you are contacting support regarding a specific order, please include your order number in your email.
  • Support emails are handled in the order they are received, please allow our support team 1-3 business days to respond.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS: 

  1. Please send an email to our support team. You can click the help button at the corner of your browser window or email us directly at help@ultesports.zendesk.com. Please include your order number, and the reason for your return.
  2. Once our support team has confirmed your return, please ship the item to the address below. clearly mark the outside of the package with your order number.
  3. Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or shipper barcodes from package
  4. Once we receive your shipment, we will begin processing your return. You will receive a automated email confirming your return when it has been processed.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

  • Ship your package with your choice of shipper. To ensure we receive your return/exchange, please request a tracking number and insurance from your shipper. We are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges with outside shippers.
  • We will ship the returned goods with your selected shipping method.
  • All returns may be subject to a restocking fee of ($7.00).
  • International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the restocking fee.


EXCHANGES:

  1. Please send an email to our support team. You can click the help button at the corner of your browser window or email us directly at help@ultesports.zendesk.com. Please include your order number, the reason for your exchange, and what you would like to exchange your order with.
  2. Once our support team has confirmed your exchange, please ship the item to the address below. clearly mark the outside of the package with your order number.

  4. Once your exchange is received, we will begin processing your exchange. When your new item is sent out, you will receive an email from our support team with a new tracking number.
  • Please note that we are only able to exchange items for a different color/size of the same item.

WARRANTY:
ULT warrantees all goods sold against workmanship and manufacturer's defects. We reserve the right to decline any warranty/return/exchange requests which are deemed to be the result of washing, abnormal/unexpected wear and tear, misuse or modifications from its original condition.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing of your request.
